Formerly known as MAT (Mate Abuser Treatment), DVIP (Domestic Violence Intervention Program) is an intervention/treatment program for individuals who have threatened or used violence against a current or former intimate partner or spouse. This program is designed to educate male offenders on their behavior and help them to develop new methods of interacting with intimate partners, family members, and their communities.
