The Individual and Family Counseling Program’s professional therapists provide trauma-informed and person-centered care for the mental and emotional health needs of children, adolescents, adults, couples, groups, and families. Our staff work with those struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, grief and loss, adjustment-related stress from life transitions, relational and family conflict, ADHD, school, work-related stress, and more.  Healing is a journey, and we look forward to helping you and your loved ones as you rediscover hope, healing, meaning, and purpose.
